EXPERIENCE:
We employ candidates competent in: Concrete Breaking, Air & Pneumatic tools, Track & General Hand tools,, Track Plant (petrol, 110v, HF), Iron Men (5 part & fixed frame), Track Trolley (trolley trained), Escalator Trolley Track Components (plain line), Concrete mix and lay, Basic re-railing skills, General labour skills, General safety arrangements, Fire Awareness / Watchman

Timber nips Group handling of sleepers into / out of track, Ballast Fork/Shovel Dig out ballast bed and reinstate. Shovel pack sleepers/timbers., Keying Hammer Install and remove steel keys, wooden keys and panlock keys, Panpuller Install and remove pandrol clips, Spanners Dismantle and reassemble rail joints.
Remove and Install bolts in point and crossing works, Box Spanners Unfasten and refasten chairs and base plates screws to timber sleepers, Unfasten and refasten conductor rail insulator screws., Hand Auger, Auger holes in timber sleeper for chair and insulator fastenings., Rail Nips Group handling of rails longitudinally and transversely about the track, into track, into and out of chairs and base plates, Slewing Bars Group barring of rails out of and into chairs and base plates.
Group slewing of ballasted track, Track Jacks Use of the appropriate jack to lift track for ballast packing, lift rail from
Chairs lift conductor rail from insulator, space sleepers and slew track.
High Frequency Generator Break out concrete. Auger holes in sleeper. Remove and install
